With in this philosophy, the highest quality steels (50CrV4, 51CrMoV4, 55Cr3, SAE 51B60H, SAE 5160H) are used in the production and products and semi-products are controlled within every step of the production by systematic and efficient quality control methods, carefully tested for mechanic, matelurgical & metalographic and fatigue properties.
Supplier selection is performed in accordance with “quality approach”, “cost structure”, “technological competency” criterions, and on the other hand, performances of existing suppliers are regularly evaluated according to “price”, “quality”, and “dispatching reliability”. Within a high quality service concept, being certificated with one of the ISO 9001:2000, QS 9000 or TS/ISO 16949:2002 is demanded for all of the suppliers.
